This company has bad policy. They give you 10 days to cancel the sample, however it takes 14 days for bulk mail delivery to arrive, so your 10 days is over. Then your auto shipment starts. You have 30 days to return, when I placed my order(it is now changed to 40 days) however the by the time it arrives it beyond the 30 days. The catch is the return is based on the intial sample order, the date being the day you entered your credit card, not the time you recieved the product.
