Orbitz doesn't provide basic customer service. You can actually get "confirmed" reservations for airline travel WITHOUT even getting a seat assignment. Their system doesn't even notify you of this. Then when you call them, you get this off shore call center with people that are incompetent and lie to you. It's much safer and easier to deal with the airlines directly... and THAT speaks volumes. read full review »
