After 3 years of having a mattress it begain to have sunken sides . One side is 3 in. deep and the other 4 in deep. The pillow top is moved to the one side.I called Levins where I bought it, and they said it is defective. BUT they said it could have no stains, and I tried to clean any little stains, but the water marks from cleaning has remained. What can I do with a defective mattressess that I paid 2000 for? It is definately a faulty mattresses and we can hardly sleep on it! The stains are only from the cleaning, not from anything else! Please tell me what i can do! read full review »
