On Friday, May 01.09 at 17:46 PM I visted Churchs # 1468. It was at least six customers waiting to order and a customer returned to the store complaining about a 15 piece she had brought thru the drive thru. She ordered regular chicken and was given spicy. She took the chicken home and 3 pieces had been taken out and she returned 12 pieces. The woman that was taking the orders from the drive thru took the chicken and returned it back to the rack to be re-sold...
