Here is a copy of the written letter I sent to the Adrenal Fatigue Institute, by certified mail, on April 20, 2009; I placed an order for the free trial bottle of Cylapril (which included the book, “Adrenal Fatigue”) about a month ago. I never received my order. I was charged $13.79 for that free trial and book, on 04/03/2009. My account was charged again for $54.95 on 04/17/2009, for what???
