I ordered a set of dvds from Best-Box-Sets.com. I never got any confirmation for the order or acknowledgment of the order. After 6 weeks I gave up and ordered elsewhere. I then find that while they didn't seem to receive my order they did get my credit card and charged it! It does not seem possible to contact them!
