I ordered the trial for $3.95 and received 11/26, on 11/28 they billed my cc $89.50 (for 2-bottles). I called because I didn't get time to use the trial so the gal on the phone said she would send me a extra full size bottle complimentary and put my next ship date to 1/9/09. So I should have gotten 3 bottles but only got 1 (12/11/08). I called customer service they insisted I did get the other 2 bottles even after I said I did not.
