I ordered a garage door spring, on October 3rd, 2008. He took the money out of my checking account, within 3 days after the order. I never received my parts. I tried multiple times to contact him, on the telephone, and emails. The company has yet to contact me back. They are thieves and they belong in jail. read full review »
