Does anyone know if there is a class action lawsuit against these theives, if you do, please contact me! I'd love to join in. I just received a letter in the mail, that americredit is trying to put a insurance claim into my insurance company, that they already collected money for. They have repoed the car on the 29th of April and filed a claim on the 30th for damage to the front and back bumpers of the car.
