My son-in-law who has learning disabilities and my daughter who is mildly retarded was pressured by Apex Alarm into a security system. When they bought their house it was already wired for security but had been cancelled by previous owners. All Apex had to do was change box out. They could not afford this system, it never worked right and they could never use it because this system kept messing up.
