the computer i purchased from dell (aka hell) arrived dead. i called and was routed to india. as soon as i explained the computer was dead they put me on unending hold and/or cut me off. this lasted hours. i finally told them i would be disputing the charge on my ax and cut me off one last time. the rep. at ax tried calling and they cut her off too. ax handled it for me, though grudgingly, but i ended up having to pay shipping to return their dead computer. steer clear of them. i've never before suffered such frustration with a retailer... read full review »
