On January 2009, I spoke with a Jackson Hewitt office (Okeechobee and Military Taril in WPB FL) to set up an appointment to do my taxes for the year of 2008, they kept all my information, my documents, my personal and business statements, and I was suppose to receive a phone call from the person in charge of doing my taxes.
