I noticed a charge of $14.95 on my American Express that began after I ordered Christmas gifts online through Red Envelope. It shows as "Red Envelope Rewards" and the vendor is Encore Mktg. It apparently is a cost to be able to use rewards??? It's a total ripoff! read full review »
