For the second month in a row, I have an unauthorized charge appearing on my ATT home phone bill. Last month it was from Residential Email ($16.00). After a phone call, I received an email stating that I would be credited with the amount. Of course I did not receive the credit. This month it was from Transaction Clearing on behalf of LowCostBilling ($9.02).
