I ordered a DVD in February at hotmoviesale.com. My following credit card statement had the transaction, plus a separate $1 service fee, plus a $29.95 fee for membership to Smart Savings Center. I did NOT agree to a membership. Was told that I agreed to it when I clicked to submit order-----very deceiving!!! I called to cancel and ask for a refund on the membership on March 19.
