I leased a 2009 vw passat in 11/09. I am very dispeased with the car salesman's service. The dealear that leased the car was Matthew Smith. His service was very poor which has left a very bad taste with my future dealings with Robert Larson Autohaus. This is my third lease from them, and it will be my last. I had to take time off from work to return the car because it was never detailed, glue left on the car from shipping.
