I bought the silk sheet from here and took it with me for traveling. It provides just enough cover to make you feel comfortable whatever the temperature. I used it alone when it was warm and in combination with a lightweight travel blanket on the few evenings when it was chilly, and it worked perfectly. Easy to wash and dry, and very lightweight.
