Bought federal-state package, 49$. Did Federal return, now time to download state, tried several times (2 different states). Keep getting 'problem number 28' Waited a few hours tried again, tried different state, same error 28. Tried taxcut.com -searched for 'problem number 28. not found. Its their problem code and yet cant find it in their own search program. I know realize I was unable to download state package last year and had to download taxteturn.pdf rom the 2 state I needed -it downloaded (fast).
