Mike Stratigareas, the so called owner of this home improvement company is using the name of a Pennsylvania contractor to perform illegal construction in Maryand! He chases fire engines around and goes to the owners of the properties and tells them that he can repair the house for a low cost. The home improvements actually turn out to be home destructions.
