In February went into the Best Buys, which by the way should change it's name because Walmart out price them on a lot of the same items, to have my laptop serviced because I was told by Toshiba that Best Buys is an authorized dealer for them. I was refused service because I didn't have a receipt where I had purchased my laptop from them. What is worse is this information came from one of the managers.
