After purchasing a item from a catalog store I was promiced a $50.00 gift card from Walmart, so I went on line after I got the letter from value Plus and was not able to retrieve the form necessary, so I called the 800 number and was told that I should be able to print the form on line but was told he would send me one through the mail... Guess what NOTHING ever came from them, so I called and cancelled in the 30 day period required and told them I thought it was just one big scam.
