We purchased $6000 worth of Teak Hardwood. All the reviews of course on their web page were favorable for little waste or problems. When we purchased the 42 boxes we asked how they dealt with problems and they assured us they always took care of their customers. During installation we continually had either cracked or defective wood. When we were finished we had 5 full boxes of defective wood. There warranty instructions say DO NOT INSTALL.
