The first thing is the lack of any knowledgably in the marina personals minds. No one here seems to know a thing about boating or marina management. There is no systematic complaint procedure in the office so it appears no complaints to the management are addressed. The management is faulty. It appears to consist of a under qualified Harbormaster and one lackey. The parking lot is littered with everything from used cigarette butts to food stuff.
