I called NTB on Sunday morning, to make an appointment for an alignment, tire, rotation, oil change, and replacement of turn signal bulb. I brought the car in before 9:30 am, was told it would take a little over an hour. TWO hours later, Dave said the car was done-went to checkout, and guess what? they FORGOT to do the alignment! I asked what took so long-they said replacing the bulb! So- I had to wait more time--another 15 minutes. Never heard of doing an alignment in that time. Of course, I was foolish enough to purchase their 3 years package-NEVER AGAIN! I also believe the charge of $17.99 PER MI BULB is outrageous! read full review »
