Charged $8.23 per month beginning Jul 08. Upon review of phone bill Apr 09 to find out what charges were for, was told they were for someone from my internet service account requesting an 800 phone number. I cancelled the account immediately. On a return call to the company to inquire about refund of the 11 charges, was told that I had only been billed for 2 months of services that would be refunded within 2 billing cycles.
