Ordered the sample product, once received then I canceled the monthly order that I do not wish to receive. Did that on 12/9/08 through email so that I would have a record and now on 12/22/08 I was billed for the product. I did not receive what they are billing me for nor do I want it. Can not reach them by phone as it just disconnects you. The live chat does not work, once hit submit it closes the window, then they send you an email stating while you were offline with some help pages that are not active.
