I like apparently quite a few others did as the register generated receipt said to do and sent in all the proper paperwork and received nothing for my efforts. I will never again purchase anything from the company and am seriously considering cancelling my J.C. Penney credit card since they chose to do business with this obviously disreputable company. I alas also have no address for them, however I have learned my lesson. Absolutely no more purchases from them! read full review »
