I ordered the DSL service and was told by the Rep that i could be setup the next day. First of ALL the Rep was wrong, he told me the modem was free (Wrong again) told me the price would be $19.99 (Wrong again) and that the kit would be send to us (Wrong, kit was never sent). I called ATT Customer Service because I had doubts about them being above borderline idiots. When I finally got someone on the line he knew nothing about the account (That I had already setup) and gave a connection date of April 20th once the account was setup (again... read full review »
