On Feb. 22, 2009 I signed up to receive the CD offered by Grant Writing Express. They emailed me back saying that there was a problem at the CD plant replicating facility and offered a free download of the grant information. They did say that all cd's odered would be shipped. I did the download and quite some time later the cd arrived. I started to review the information and cancelled my account within the first week. That was in March 2009.
