I recently paid $89 for bankruptcy filing software from Gurarnteedbankruptcy.com. It didn't take long to discover the software is pure junk and I immediately tried to secure a refund. The GBS website of course prominently displays the reassurance of a full money-back guarantee but that is just a deception. To get a refund you must file your bankruptcy petition (using their crappy software of course) and then the filing must be rejected by the court.
