I spoke with AFNI approx. 3/6/2009, about 2 phone bills from Mont. Vt, and they said I had one from Norwich Vt, PO box ?. from 1983 - 1985. I told them I disputed this because in those time frames I never had a post office box. Now I still received a bill from them but nothing about a dispute. I'd like to know where this is going and why after all these years of having phones this is just coming to light? Again I dispute this bill.
