I used Paypal service to order a month's subscription to a service costing USD 299.95. There was a problem processing and order, so I pressed pay few times, but payement was not made...when I contacted them they informed me their site was down for a while and advised me to try again later...I used Paypal again a couple of days later, and this time the payement was processed...I thought that was it, until I got my credit card statement and realized my card was maxed out by repeated charges of USD 299.95.
