I had a telephone call on the 22nd January 2009 from Tropical Grand informing me I was selected for a holiday, including a cruise, for a family of 4 people, all I had to do was pay for the flight. they requested £595.00 but with further discussion discounted it to £498.00 I would like to comment further on the other issues we had but on reading the other complaints listed on this site it would appear they used the same scenario to scam people, and people have experience the same issues trying to make contact with them and... read full review »
