I asked for a refund back in 2007 for $59.99. This is such a small amount. Each time they sent me a refund check it bounced costing me $20.00 for each bounced check. When I try to call their customer service line on the check, I either get an error messege or i get through and am hung-up on my their automated phone procedures. This is not a business. It is a joke and needs to be taken down. read full review »
