My name is Joseph Diggs, Sr. I received a collection notice bearing the name Joseph T. Diggs for collections of an overdraft from Bank of America. I have called them and asked them to delete this from my credit report. This has been erroneously entered into my credit profile and should be removed immediately. I do not have a middle initial.
