Yes, I just recieved my second bottle after getting the "free sample" two days ago. If you get yours from the lab in WY, call 1866-951-1393 and they were very helpful. They canceled my account and also gave me the address to send it back. In order to send it back they have to give you a RG#. The address to send it back is, 405 E. 12450 South, Suite I, Draper Utah 84020. I was also given a cancelation number. read full review »
