Worthington Locksmith failed to show up with adequate supplies to install our front door lock. After a partial installation, they failed to show up for weeks, despite multiple calls made to them -- each time they make an excuse, promised to show up and fail to do so. Our mistake was paying for the work before it was entirely completed. They don't take credit cards, so watch out -- don't pay in full! Better yet - don't use them at all. They act polite as they lie about coming to complete their work. They also tried to make off with nearly new door handles we were having replaced.
