I am experiencing difficulties in excess charges the same as many complaints I am now reading. The "free" 14 day trial arrived, and before the period was over an additional $88.79 charge appeared on my credit card. The phone number instructs one to cancel per web site. However (as all others state the same) the link is invalid. I was able to cancel FUTURE orders per phone at 888-279-0604, and then instructed for a refund to send an E-Mail to "support@IvoryBrites" (not a web site but an E-Mail address).
