Edwin Herrera, the owner of Telesystems, came to our house on 1/19/09 to look at our 62" Mitsubishi DLP because it would not turn on. He evaluated the problem at that time to be the power ballast and color wheel assembly and to have a "power service" whatever that is. He said it would be $705.81 which had to be paid UP FRONT before repairs could be made. We paid him $200 that day and arranged to pay the remaining amount over the next few weeks.
