I am the battered consumer. I trusted proflowers to help me brighten my 82 year old elderly grandmothers day. I placed my order for a traditional mothers day bouquet on May 3rd, 2009. I put in my Bank of America credit/debit card number and received a message that the request could not me processed and to try again later. Proflowers then charged my credit/debit $56.85.
