After 10 years of using Loud at 2 different residences, we called to set up service at a new home. What transpired was unfortunate and disheartening. First, their install was careless and full of errors. Then, we had an alarm event and the monitoring company was not notified and we were not called. Loud claims that in some situations, the monitoring company is not called. That's ridiculous! After trying to get things fixed, Loud showed no concern and simply hid behind their contract.
