On March 11, 2009 I attempted to make a $1000.00 payment on my credit card account I have with Bank of America. The normal online system was not working at that time so I called the help line and they directed me to another web site called "easypay.com". I made the payment and thought everything was fine until I checked my account activity on line on March 25th, 2009.
