Today I found a wallet in the #6 subway station at 23rd St., NYC. Among the variety of cards inside was a BofA debit card. Unable to find the owner via phone or the web, I called Bank of America, figuring they could pass my name and number on to the rightful owner. 1st call to BofA customer service: After three transfers, I was disconnected. 2nd call to BofA customer service: After one transfer, I was disconnected. 3rd call to BofA customer service: The customer service rep took the number down and promptly closed the account... read full review »
