I purchased an Ab Lounge online and was sent a receipt that it would ship within three days. It never came. I called and couldn't get a human being on the phone. The phone system told me it would take ten days. This was a birthday present so that was totally ruined. It's been ten days and I finally got a human on the phone who told me that not only was my product on backorder of well over 30 days but that I couldn't buy any comparable products either because they were on backorder as well.
