I purchased a refurbed Roomba from Buy.com, and started using it after a few weeks only to discover the battery was not charging. Warranty Service is for 90 days on refurbished Roombas. Technical support said that they'd send a replacement battery. I contacted Roomba after 3 weeks and they said that they'd delivered the battery, but to the wrong address.
