I called them to complain about them automatically sending me their product without my consent. They credited my account but now I've received two more shipments!!! I phoned to complain but had a wait time of 73 minutes on the telephone so I sat down to write them a pointed and direct letter stating that I did not agree to continue and to stop all shipments.
