I purchased a PeopLounger motion sofa from our Sumter Kimbrells... The salesman helped us load it in our trailer. When we got it home the motion parts would not work! They came and picked it up, keep it for 3 days...When I called to check on it, the receptionist said that the manager said that my husband and my son bent the frame when they picked it up and when they brought it in to the house!!!
