I bought diamond earrings and after having them cleaned a big speck of black carbon appearred. I was told all diamonds have carbon. I said I did not see it until the earrings were cleaned. I said my boyfriend would not have bought them like that. They responded that maybe the earrings had a film on it so I could not see it vey well.
