What this company does is, most likely, legal. However, it is 100% fraudulent and only exists to prey on consumers who do not read the fine print. I ordered my free software CD from this company BEFORE I read the reviews about it. Immediately after I submitted my order, I did some research and pulled up tons of negative reviews and complaints.
