Like Several other consumers I had to wait and beg for my transmission to be shipped in FEB 2008. They were very quick to pick up the core but I still have not recieved the core credit. In June 2008 TIM stated "oversight on company and credit would be issued ASAP".In NOV 2008 CINDY stated "all was in order and didnt understand why refund wasnt issued and she would personally see to it being issued and would have check in 2 weeks".
